ALTCELLARS was founded by two old friends, both Lebanese expats and wine explorers, who decided to embark on this venture as a tribute to their homeland. Their idea was that a fine bottle of wine is a true and proud representation of everything good about where one comes from.

Fueled by their common love of travel, music, arts and culture, they chose to blend these passions with the fine wines they came across, and share with the world their impressions and stories behind every bottle they select for their cellar.

They started out of Lebanon’s vineyards and extended their journey to the Mediterranean basin and beyond. With every stop, they discovered that wine is truly a source of inspiration and pleasure that transcends borders, norms, and expectations. Each bottle, like an individual spirit, carries a unique story waiting to unfold… marvelous music waiting to be heard.

We specially look for distinctive, alternative wine experiences that reflect our values, aspirations and identity.
